Top 10 Erotic and Sebsitive Parts of Female Body that Every Men Should Know

As curiosity is part of our genetic makeup, most men remain curious as to what turns a woman on. What spot can we touch to drive her absolutely crazy? Well gentlemen, today's your lucky day because I have the top 10 answers.
Whereas it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to discover men's erogenous zones (the penis, the testicles and the anus), women get aroused through very diverse body parts. Ah women, what an exquisite species!

top 10 tantalizers

Let's get started on our journey through a woman's body, shall we?

10. Inner Thighs
The inside of the thighs are highly sensitive to touching, stroking and licking. Just like the back of the knees, inner thighs also have many nerve endings, therefore when you fondle them, you will turn her on like crazy.
Remember not to bite because the area is very sensitive and doing so would only cause her mild pain, which will, in turn, cause you plenty of pain.

9. Behind the Knees
Because of all the nerve endings behind the knees, you'd be surprised at how crazy a woman can become when you gently lick or nibble on the back of her knees.
Be careful not to overdo it — the area, after all, is very sensitive and you must be careful not to make the sensation annoying by getting too rough or tickling her too much.

8. Buttocks
Yes, it's true. Lots of women like it when you play around with their behinds. A lot of women like mild spanking and squeezing of the buttocks. But there's more...
Some women like having their butts licked, sucked and penetrated (with fingers, penis or both). For those who shudder at the thought of sticking their tongues out at Uranus , I'm sure that anal penetration, on the other hand, sounds quite inviting, huh?

7. Nape of the Neck
Just breathing on this part of her body will give her goose bumps all over. So just imagine her reaction when you use your tongue or teeth to get her aroused.
Use your hands too; lift her hair up gently as you bring your mouth closer to her neck. Then, as you sink your teeth into it, pull on her hair slightly so as to give that "I want you sooo bad" impression.
This part of a woman's body is also a good place to start giving her that sensual massage you are famous for and no woman can resist.

6. Ears
Many women enjoy having their ears licked, sucked or kissed. Although blowing in her ear is acceptable, it's not what women enjoy most. Besides the aforementioned things that they like having done to their ears, women like it when you whisper in their ears.
Don't whisper things like, "Can you wash my gym shorts tonight?" Try to be somewhat erotic and give her the shivers up and down her spine instead.

5. Feet
Many women enjoy having their feet touched, massaged and some even enjoy having them licked and sucked. Assuming that their feet have been properly cleansed, women enjoy it when their men spend time caressing their soles, toes and ankles. Because these zones can all be ticklish, the sensation of ticklishness can be pleasant for the recipient.
While some men cringe at the thought of wrapping their mouths around a body part that spends most of its day sweating in leather, many guys are actually pretty keen on the idea of giving their women a good toe lashing every now and then.

4. Wrists
This may come as a shock to most guys (women have wrists??!?), but women love having their wrists nuzzled and nibbled by their lovers. The next time you're getting into the foreplay of things with your woman, begin kissing and caressing her wrists and just check out how impressed and turned on she'll become!

3. Breasts (Nipples)
As I'm sure is no surprise to anyone, the breasts are very sexually sensitive and gentle fondling, squeezing, caressing, licking and sucking of the nipples can be extremely arousing.
Just as well, many women like it when their guys get a little rough with their little mountains , so find out how she likes it and give it to her the way she wants!

2. Vagina/Clitoris
The clitoris can be stimulated by using the tongue, the finger or, for the multi-talented Joe, both simultaneously. Some women like to guide their lovers as to the specific amount of pressure they enjoy.
For those who don't get that luxury, it's usually quite evident whether or not she's pleased with your performance. If she begins getting squirmy, make sure that it's because she's enjoying it and not because you're giving her that "annoying" feeling.
In the vagina, the G-spot may be a little difficult to locate, but some women find the search quite worthwhile. There is an area inside some women's vaginas that produces intense sexual feelings when stimulated. Once located, very gentle stimulation gives an incredibly pleasant and unusual sensation.

And the number one female erogenous zone...
1. Lips
Yes, it's true. If you know how to manipulate her lips just right through kissing, licking, sucking and biting, it is very possible that a kiss will lead to a lot more than that. Use your lips, your tongue and your teeth to play with her top and bottom lip and kiss her with absolute passion.
And there it is, the top 10 spots that will drive her crazy. Remember that all women are different and have their own likes and dislikes. Get to know her body and experiment. There's so much more to women than just their sexual organs.

Why Do We Stop Looking Forward to Sex?

When we fall in love, we can't wait to get in bed with our man, right? Why does that drop off?

This is chapter 8 in the novel about Grace learning about sex in the bedroom and in the classroom. Here she interviews women about their lack of interest, and explores what might be going on with their men that contributes. Read the rest of the Transformational Fiction novel, Bring Love and Sex Together, on Kindle.
I went to my psych teacher who helped with my new ideas about people and sex. I told her that I wanted to interview women about how their men introduce sex, and then write a paper. I wondered why women seemed to adore sex early on in a relationship, and then find themselves less interested as time went on. People assume that it is something about women and sex, but I suspected it had to do with the relationship, too. I mean, really, sex feels good. So why would someone lose interest? My teacher agreed to give me independent study credit for it.

This was exciting. I had an idea about non-spoken communication of sexual disinterest that I hadn’t found written anywhere. I put a note on a board, and asked teachers to announce what I was looking for.
Amazingly I quickly found twenty five interested women. This would be a real pilot study. I arranged for a room in our building to hold all of us where we could speak privately.
Talking with a lot of women was amazing. All were older than I was by a few years, and all had been in sexual relationships for a lot longer. I saw a common element right away. In all relationships the amount of sex wanted differed between the partners. In twenty one the man wanted more, and in four the women did. Now of course my sample was biased because they choose to come for the interview. Maybe those with great sex didn’t volunteer. But maybe they would. I would have to ask for people with great sex next.
The stories were highly varied, but with the one similarity; conflict over sex. It was usually never spoken. The man didn’t sit her down and say, you have to do it more often, or you have to blow me, but somehow she got the picture. The touches with a sigh as if he felt victimized by her lack of interest. Or pushing her head toward his penis with an attitude of knowing she didn’t want to but he wanted her to do it anyway. Or pleading for it, like a child who needs a hug, instead of a man who wants to make love.
The ways their men implied they weren’t getting enough had the opposite effect of what they said they wanted. Was this accidental? Did they just have bad form? Were they not romantic? Or was there a missing piece of information here.
The four women seemed to lust for sex, and wanted their partners to watch porn and have sex at least every day. I wondered if they were sex addicts, which would throw off my shame theory. Some other time I would have to study shame and the sexually addicted. Perhaps the addiction to sex overrides shame. Maybe the same way addiction to food overrides eating late at night with the shame showing up the next morning.

Facts & Myths about Tantric sex

Contrary to popular belief, tantric sex is not kinky business. The basic goal of tantric sex is that there is none, and the only point is to connect deeply and spiritually with your partner. The climax or orgasm itself is not the priority; instead, the journey of exploration, learning about each other and building a stronger, more intimate relationship is paramount.

You need lots of time:
Tantric sex does not mean that you have to make love for hours. “Instead, enlightenment and having
a reverence for your partner that lasts beyond the length of any orgasm is at the core of the teachings,” say Mark A Michaels and Patricia Johnson in their book Tantric Sex Made Simple. “It’s funny that a comment Sting made over 20 years ago still has an enduring hold on the public’s imagination. He’s tried to explain it away in various ways. At one point, he said that he regretted making the statement and didn’t really feel he could talk about the subject beyond saying that his wife, Trudy, is his church. That’s much closer to what the spirit of tantric sex is all about. It’s certainly got nothing
to do with bragging about staying power.”

You need to be flexible:
The idea behind tantric sex is to fuse the male body, mind and soul. This can be achieved  by controlling your breathing, while your partner controls his, making love in certain positions so that you are face to face and looking at each other, and stimulating one another to prolong the whole sexual process.

It seeks to not only reach the ultimate level of pleasure by deferring both his and your orgasms, but also to become closer with your partner and understanding each others’ bodies better. The tantric approach has far more to do with your mental approach than with technique. Difficult positions are not
necessarily the key to tantric sex. “Concentrating on simple positions, which are enjoyable to both of
you, will help prolong the erection and contribute to escalate the pleasure further,” says Delhi-based
sexologist Dr Vinod Raina.

It’s for weirdos:
In their book, Mark and Patricia say, “Tantric sex has more to do with your attitude than anything else, so a simple shift in thinking is all it takes.” In India, not only are most women completely unaware of the concept of tantric sex, but are also worried there are stigmas attached to it. “Tantric sex seems like
an intriguing, if pretty out-there, concept to me,” says architect Hetal Punari. “I haven’t tried it only because I’m not entirely sure of what it is. Once I know all about it, I might be game.”

Mumbai-based sex counsellor Dr Uttam Dave shares some steps to get you started.

- Sit naked with your partner, cross-legged, surrounded by pillows. The room should be dark or dimly lit with candles. Play some soft music
- Look deep into each other’s eyes. Don’t stare, but look at him in a way to tell him that he’s wonderful.
- Breathe in sync.
- Keep your hands two inches from his body initially and receive the energy he is exuding. Then slowly exchange this energy and start touching and stimulating each other.

Myths About Virginity

Virginity myths exposed. Before you think about losing your virginity, make sure you haven't fallen for these myths.

MYTH 1 - "YOU CAN TELL FROM A WOMAN'S HYMEN WHETHER SHE'S A VIRGIN."
Not even an experienced doctor can tell for sure if a woman is a virgin by looking at her hymen or vagina.

MYTH 2 - "YOU CAN LOSE YOUR VIRGINITY DOING SPORT OR USING TAMPONS."
You can only lose your virginity by having sex with another person. What can happen is that your hymen stretches a bit when you use tampons. And it could stretch or tear from doing sports like horse riding or gymnastics.

But whether you’re a virgin or not has nothing to do with the state of your hymen. It depends on whether you’ve had sex.

MYTH 3 - "A MAN CAN FEEL IF A WOMAN IS STILL A VIRGIN."
Boys and men who say they can feel whether a woman’s a virgin don’t know what they’re talking about. If a doctor can hardly ever tell for sure whether a woman is a virgin or not, there’s no way a man could really be able to feel it.

During sex, a man can tell if a woman is tense. If a woman is nervous or scared, she unconsciously tenses her vagina. This makes the opening of the vagina feel tight.

MYTH 4 - "A MAN NEEDS TO PUSH HARDER THE FIRST TIME."
If that’s what you think, you’ve got a lot to learn about lovemaking! The penis doesn’t have to ‘break through’ anything, it just has to slip into the vagina. If the woman is tense, the muscles of the vagina can feel tight. If that happens, pushing hard is the last thing you should be doing. The vaginal tissue is very tender and can be easily damaged, which can be very painful for the woman.

Be gentle, take your time, and keep stroking, kissing and caressing until the vagina is moist enough for your penis to slip in without pushing. Then sex will be pleasurable for both of you.

5 Best Sex Positions to Get Pregnant Fast

Getting pregnant maybe the easiest of all things, however, some couples do find it hard to conceive for several reasons, including weak or insufficient sperm count.

In some cases, as when nature needs a boost, a little push from you and your partner can go a long way in getting pregnant. When it comes to the best position to get pregnant, the general rule is that the male sperm must be deposited as near to the female cervix as possible.

This has something to do with the life spans of the female egg and the male sperm. Once an egg is released from the ovary - a stage also known as ovulation - it begins its path down the fallopian tube to the uterus. A released egg typically survives for only 24 hours, while a sperm can last anywhere from three to five days in the female body. As such, the egg has to be as close to the egg as possible so they can meet and join before the egg dies.

While not a lot of people will agree that the sexual positions have anything to do with getting pregnant, the logical inference is that it makes sense to assume the position that can help the sperm meet the egg in the shortest possible time.

This is especially true when for couples who have problems or difficulty conceiving. Having said this, the first "best position to get pregnant" tip is to avoid positions that least expose the cervix to the male sperm, and that generally defy gravity such as sex while standing up, sitting down, or with the woman on top. When trying to conceive, it is best to limit the amount of sperm that flows back out of the vagina.

The woman's hips should also be positioned in such a way that the sperm released is kept inside, giving it enough time to swim up to the female cervix.

Consider the following positions instead:

1. The missionary position. Or man-on-top is said to be the position that's best for getting pregnant. This is because this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix.

2. Raise the hips. Elevating the hips, which can be done by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.

3. Doggy-style. The rear-entry position where the man enters the woman from behind is also a recommended position. In this position, sperm is also deposited closest to the cervix, thereby helping increase the chances of conception.

4. Side-by-side. You can also try having intercourse while lying side by side. This position likewise causes the most exposure of the cervix to the male sperm.

5. Orgasms. Finally, while this has nothing to do with sexual positions, there are also researches that suggest the importance of the female orgasm in conceiving. According to studies, female orgasm leads to contractions that could push sperm up into the cervix. The lesson: have fun while trying to conceive.

When to Have Sex if You Want to Get Pregnant

When is the best time to have sex if we're trying to conceive?

Timing is everything. Sperm can live for two to three days, but the egg is around for only 12 to 24 hours. To increase the likelihood of conception, it's important to have intercourse more than once around the time of ovulation. A good approach is to have sex one to two days before ovulation and again on the day you ovulate. That way, there's more likely to be a healthy supply of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube when an egg is released.
Of course, exactly when a woman ovulates isn't altogether clear. It all depends on the length of your menstrual cycle. A woman typically ovulates about 14 days before her next period — not mid-cycle, as is commonly held. If you have a 28-day cycle, which is the average, then you would ovulate halfway through your cycle. But if you have a 35-day cycle, you would ovulate around day 21, not day 17.

How do I know when I'm ovulating?

Some women are very aware of when they ovulate. Other women don't notice any changes at all. If you're thinking about getting pregnant, try to track your cycle for a couple of months. Some subtle signs of ovulation include:

  • Breast tenderness
  • Slight feelings of discomfort in your middle abdomen
  • Increased vaginal discharge that takes on a wetter, egg-white-type quality
  • A slight increase (about 0.4 to 1 degree Fahrenheit) in basal body temperature, or BBT, which you can detect by taking your temperature each morning before you get out of bed, two days after you ovulate. You can get a good sense of your cycle if you chart your BBT for a few months.

If my periods are irregular, will it be harder for me to get pregnant?

Most women have about 12 periods a year, but some skip months or don't get a period at all. Stress, heavy exercise, dramatic weight loss or gain — all of these can cause interruptions in your period. The more irregular your period is, the more difficult it is to predict ovulation. You can figure out the days you're most likely to be fertile by tracking when you ovulate each month.

Can't we just try and see what happens?
Say your cycle is 28 days one month, 21 days the next month, and 32 days the following month. Keep a record of your menstrual cycles for several months. Then subtract 17 from your shortest cycle and 11 from your longest cycle. The days in between the two are the ones you're most likely to be fertile. If your cycles are irregular and more than 35 days apart or longer, you should consider seeing a fertility specialist to check for other causes of an irregular cycle, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), ovarian dysfunction, thyroid disorder, excessive weight loss or an elevated prolactin level.

Of course, you don't have to plot basal body temperature or keep complicated logs if you don't want to. You don't even need to have an orgasm to get pregnant. Try having sex at least twice a week, and the law of averages probably will prevail.
